- Registering the death with the Registrar of Births, Deaths and marriages
- Dispatching medical certificates to the relevant authorities
- Consulting with you and your family about the funeral service
- Liaising with the cemetery and crematoria on your behalf
- Booking the church or venue of your choice
- Preparing the deceased for viewing and supplying a private viewing room
- Embalming by our qualified specialists if required
- Supplying the hearse and other transport as necessary
- Arranging floral displays
- Collecting floral tribute cards
- Obtaining signatures on the attendance cards
- Arranging catering for a gathering after the funeral service
- Developing Keep-sakes, which may contain the ashes of the deceased
- Advising on the storage or dispersal of the deceased’s ashes
